Responsibilities: Work closely with the Country Head of Specialties* and other Specialties colleagues to identify and develop business opportunities that generate long-term client relationships and profitable revenue growth from the full range of new and existing products and services. Primarily responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through day-to-day account management of a book of business or client accounts. Responsibilities including but not limited to solidifying relationships to secure existing business with identified clients and growing the business through selling additional products and/or solutions aligned to client needs. Growth and Sales Work closely with the Country Head of Specialties in sales planning and accountable for leading, managing and executing the agreed in-country Specialties growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio and contributing to the annual planning cycle and focused on sales and growth. Managing the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process. Shared ownership of the Pipeline with the Country Head of Specialties. Coordinate, align and focus best resources to pipeline opportunities. Delivering sales management reporting as required to Senior Manager Stay on track and increase year on year client retention ratio. Ensure quality standards in managing responses to RFPs Undertake other projects/ initiatives as might be assigned (*)Specialties covers Natural Resources (Energy, Mining, Power & Renewables), Construction & Infrastructure, Transportation & Logistics (Aviation, Marine Cargo, Marine Liabilities, Marine Hull & Special Risks, Marine Liabilities, Port & Terminal and Logistics) Client Ownership Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention. Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position. Developing and maintaining a client relationship and build upon new business relations Operational Excellence Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform. Reviewing all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks. Managing & supervising the team on day-to-day operations to ensure Operation Excellence KPIs achieved. Skills and experience that will lead to success. University graduates At least 10 years of experience in Insurance Industry Possessing exceptional clients facing and technical skills and very strong interpersonal skills (effective communication across organizational levels, self-awareness and emotional intelligence) Fluency in written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English Having analytical mindset, critical thinking and problem-solving skill Demonstration of self-discipline Highly motivated to achieve goals, possesses strong business knowledge Fluency in third language (Chinese, Japanese, Korea) is an advantage Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
