The RoleWe’re looking for a Director of Solutions Architecture who is equal parts sales strategist, technical expert, and customer whisperer. This role will serve as the critical linchpin between Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success—ensuring our enterprise customers (and top prospects) receive technically sound, scalable, and compelling solutions that help them say “yes” and stay for the long run. You will collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales experts and also play a key role in our most technically complex implementations.
This is a foundational hire. You’ll create the playbook, scale the function, and act as the voice of both the customer and the field. You’ll directly influence revenue growth—both in closing new deals and in unlocking expansion opportunities within existing customers.
Candidates considered for this role will be located in the San Francisco, Bay Area. There will be an in-office requirement of 3x a week.Up to 50% travel is expected. What You’ll Do
