Job DescriptionOwn the UK&I Small and Medium Business strategy and go-to-market, partnering with key stakeholders including UK and Europe business development and product teamsDrive new SMB client opportunities, including:Identifying new potential clientsDesigning market-leading client propositionsActing as an SMB subject matter expert in client pitchesIdentifying SMB whitespace, sales acceleration opportunities and maintaining an up-to-date view of SMB pipeline shapeLead SMB activities with existing clients, supporting Account Executives, including:Designing new client propositions or enhancements to existing propositions, including bringing together a ‘One Visa’ solution for SMBs e.g Tink, Visa DirectIdentify and own any cluster/market specific offers and partnershipsSupport existing client growth, including driving visibility of migrations, client performance, and activation and optimisation opportunitiesDrive SMB client account and strategic planning sessions Contribute to the overarching European and Global SMB solution roadmap and strategyEnsure market readiness / fit when new solutions or products are launched, and support the localisation of collateral and GTMPartner with Visa marketing and consulting teams to develop and deliver marketing campaigns which build Visa’s SMB brand in clusterThis is a hybrid position. QualificationsThe successful applicant will have extensive experience in SMB proposition development, sales or other client-facing rolesDeep knowledge of SMB payments and global payment systems, preferably gained through working for a bank, Fintech or payments playerStrong commercial acumen with the desire to own and drive sales successStrong relationship skills and credibility to work with internal and external peers and more senior stakeholdersComfort working in a complex multicultural matrix environment and ability to work through changeA strong degree of self-direction and accountability with focus on deliveryHigh orientation towards teamwork, good attitude towards cross functional workingFluency in English with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
