Director, Site Leader
**WHAT YOU WILL DO:** Provide overall management and direction of all aspects of our Sustainability Solutions’ reprocessing operations in Arizona across multiple locations. Oversee manufacturing engineering, warehouse operations, finished goods distribution, and production of all manufacturing reprocess medical devices and ensures the adherence to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and regulatory standards. Recruit, reward, and retain staff to ensure we exceed customer expectations and achieve cost-savings and profitability goals. + Onsite day to day leader responsible for all plant operations including production, quality assurance, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain. + Ensures a safe work environment for all our employees. + Translate corporate strategies into actionable manufacturing plans. + Work closely with other senior executives to coordinate and improve overall Operations performance. + Implement and ensure compliance with all aspects of our quality system. + Provide leadership for the entire Site Operations Leadership team. + Ensure the development of targeted short and long-term programs to maximize inventory control, product gross margins, and customer service, as a basis for competitive advantage and profitability. + Identify present and future needs, trends and opportunities; assure plans are developed, communicated and implemented to capitalize on profitability and competitive advantages. + Demonstrate commitment to building A+ teams by seeking "best in class" talent, engaging talent around challenging business issues, and driving for developmental experiences that will develop the next generation of leaders. + Ensure all activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations and laws governing the business operations. + Drive cost reduction measures and Lean Manufacturing Processes. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving. + Talent developers. Growth-oriented managers who recruit and hire top-performing talent and prioritize the development of their team members. + Actively lead operations processes to ensure all products meet/exceed established quality standards + Champion efforts to comply with all safety, quality and operational documentation requirements and practices + Deliver communications to all employees to ensure the team’s achievement of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Talent objectives. + Ensure all employees are provided with proper training and development; monitor and drive timely training completion + Set production, quality, safety, cost, delivery and people goals for the manufacturing plant. + Manage manufacturing responsibilities for new product introductions. + Ability to work with cross cultural teams. + Work closely with counterparts in Quality, Finance, Human Resource, and other teams to ensure all departmental, operations and company objectives are achieved. **WHAT YOU WILL NEED:** + 10+ years of manufacturing experience (Medical Device background preferred). + 5+ years of leadership experience + Proven experience with FDA, ISO 13485, and cleanroom protocols highly preferred + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Highly competent in preparing business strategies and implementing action plans, particularly with a proven track record of delivering projects + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and communicate this to stakeholders at multiple levels + Must have demonstrated success in managing change, developing a team, and building organization structures + Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and functions. + Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) **COMPENSATION:** + $ **149,300** - $ **253,10** **0** salary plus bonus eligible + generally eligible for short-term and long-term financial incentives + benefits.  Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.  Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
