Director, Sales Strategy and Execution

What does a successful Director of Sales Strategy and Execution do at Fiserv?

As a successful Director of Sales Strategy and Execution for Issuer Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that elevate our product visibility, drive client engagement, grow pipeline and support revenue growth.
 

What you will do:

Lead the development and refinement of integrated GTM strategies for new product launches, market expansion and customer segmentationPartner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Finance to ensure GTM strategies align with customer needs and market dynamicsLead go-to-market planning and sales execution for new product launches, ensuring alignment with product strategy and commercialization timelinesCollaborate with sales leaders to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies that drive growth and improve sales Analyze customer segments and market data to determine where opportunities exist, facilitating the execution, ongoing project management and reporting of new strategies.Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvementCreate and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product sheets and client-facing collateral

What you will need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in sales strategy, GTM execution or sales/revenue operations roles, including leadership experienceProven ability to lead GTM strategy development and execute cross-functional initiatives that drive revenueStrong analytical skills and experience using CRM, sales analytics and forecasting tools, (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau)Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (especially PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua or Seismic
 

What would be great to have:

Experience in product marketing or commercialization within a large enterpriseFamiliarity with Issuer Solutions, Output Solutions or Money Network productsHighly organized with exceptional project management skillsDemonstrated success in supporting sales enablement and client-facing initiatives
