Director, Sales - REMOTE

This role is remote, based in the US with travel as needed

Position Summary:

Regal Rexnord is seeking a dynamic and strategic business leader to lead our Motion Control Systems North American (NA) sales organization. This leader will be responsible for rapidly expanding the sales of Motion Control Solution products and services in strategic secular markets across North America motors and controls industry.

 

Key responsibilities include direct oversight of the NA sales team, customer service, applications engineering and premium services, while partnering closely with finance, product development and operations teams to deliver the Divisions core value drivers. The successful candidate will know how to translate strategy into execution and be able to collaborate effectively across a diverse set of stakeholders including executives, individual contributors, customers, employees, and partners.

 

As a critical business partner to the Sr. Director, Sales, this position will develop and implement the division’s NA channel strategies, along with the development and execution of the strategic sales initiatives that will drive the short-term and long-term success of the enterprise. Key Individual Accountabilities

Manages and provides G&Os to End User Sales, Customer Service and Application Engineering/Support teams that interact with:Direct OEM’s and referred OEM’sIndustrial Distributors/channel partners Industry Trade Organizations  Definition and deployment of TTI’s and KPI’s aligned with senior leadership.Co-Develops channel plan with leadership and executes in region.Effectively collaborates with Regional Marketing, Finance and Operations Teams.Develops and executes NA short-, medium- and long-term strategic plan and evaluates effectiveness of current sales deployment to drive market share growthProvides VOC input to Business Unit Leadership. Provides regional perspective in product roadmap development processes.Serves as the escalation point for sales associates and internal customer issues within NAMaintains a review cadence on funnel and Account Plans with sellers and business unit partnersProvides accurate bookings forecasts Performance Management of the teamPerform annual review of account segmentation and account assignments. Deploy sales resources to effectively meet / exceed annual team and individual quota targetsReviews SAMP plans for strategic accountsLeverage KPI’s provided by the CRM as a tool in coaching sellers Maintain C-level relationships at key accountsCoaches, trains, and develops a group of sellers to overdrive quota. Education and Skills

BS Industrial Technologies/Mech. Eng./Industrial Distribution or related field preferred10+ years of experience in the Industrial Automation industry experience preferred+5 years sales management experience preferred with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets and quotas.Ability to travel up to 40%

Pay Transparency - $215,000 to $230,000 base salary + variable compensation

Please note that compensation is based on a variety of factors when extending offer, including but not limited to, the role, responsibilities, market considerations, candidate experience, education, qualifications, and business considerations.
