Job Description:
Cambria is seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Director of Sales Management to serve as a key liaison between our Field Sales team and internal service and support departments. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration of cross-functional initiatives, streamlining communication, and driving operational excellence across our national sales organization. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing tools, resources, and processes that empower the Field Sales team to perform at the highest level.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with departments including Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and HR to develop and implement programs that support the Field Sales team
Lead communication and coordination between Sales and internal support teams to maximize impact and clarity
Sales Enablement & Operations:
Collaborate with Sales Operations to define and deliver key metrics, dashboards, and reports tailored to the needs of the Sales team
Serve as the primary advisor on sales tools and technology, ensuring teams have access to and training on optimal solutions
Work with HR to ensure sales leaders are equipped for talent acquisition and performance management
Strategic Communication & Content Management:
Manage all communication channels to and from the Field Sales team, including Slack channels, email communications, and sales portals
Develop and maintain high-quality, professional communication assets (presentation decks, documents, guides) in Google and Microsoft suites
Oversee content strategy and governance for the internal sales portal, ensuring resources are accurate, relevant, and up to date
Field Sales Support:
Join sales leadership in the field to capture insights, follow up on action items, and champion the voice of the sales team internally
Act as a strategic thought partner in evaluating investment opportunities and applying data-driven business analytics
Leadership & Meeting Management:
Lead the design and execution of Sales Leadership meetings, including agenda planning, content creation, and post-meeting follow-through
Serve as a go-to resource for field inquiries, ensuring efficient issue resolution through appropriate internal channels
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness and organizational alignment
Stay informed about best practices in sales enablement and internal communications to bring innovative ideas forward
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field would be ideal.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in business management, sales enablement, or internal communications, preferably within a sales-driven organization.
Systems: Strong with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Agile with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and communications software such as Slack and Zoom.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Managerial Requirements: Potential for direct reports in the future
Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel to customers, events and other Cambria locations. Must have the ability to work extended hours, evenings, overnights and weekends. Travel will include air and car rentals (valid driver's license required).
Physical Requirements: In-office position requiring telephone and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials.
Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $108,000 - $151,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
