Director, Sales Enablement
**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced **Director, Sales Enablement** to join our Outdoor Performance platform which consists of Bushnell, Blackhawk, Camp Chef, Primos, Simms Fishing, Stone Glacier, and other outdoor accessory brands. The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inwards. We will build the Outdoor Performance business by creating focus and power with the consumer. This role will be on the Global Commercial team where our focus is to drive growth by winning customers and channels while finding efficiency in a consolidated commercial management structure. As a Director of Sales Enablement, your role is critical in driving the success of the sales team and the overall business. Your responsibilities may include, managing sales operations, dealer services (customer experience), enabling the ease of taking and executing against order book and ensuring alignment between sales and other departments. You are instrumental in optimizing sales processes, improving efficiency, and maximizing revenue. This position reports to the **Vice President, Head of Global Commercial,** and is based in Logan, Utah. **As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will have an opportunity to:** + Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement. + Implement enabling technologies to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards. Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments. + Partner with sales training to deliver/advise on needed training for sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization. + Manage the Electronic Ordering tools and processes to secure orders and deliver products seamlessly is of critical importance in this role. + Collaborate with the team to document key work processes and procedures in the servicing of both E-Comm, Specialty, and National Accounts. + Manage the creation of price lists (created by Brand management teams), pricing integrity tools (MAP/UPP), deviations/campaigns, and working with dealer services to get updated pricing into the system. + Provide support in the development and reporting of customer experience metrics, key issues, concerns, or critical feedback to Leadership along with proposed solutions. + Coach, lead, and develop the Sales Planning & Operations team. **You have:** + Bachelor’s Degree + 10+ years’ experience in sales operations role. + Proven track record of inspiring and leading high-performing teams. + Experience generating new and innovative approaches to product and business problems. + Effective and efficient communication skills with the ability to convince others to pursue a course of action. + Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it. + Exhibits a probing mind and achieves penetrating insights. \#LI-KR1 **Pay Range:** Annual Salary: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
