About the Role
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for growing Harman’s automotive business to meet customer specific booking targets. You and your team will engage with the customer in an early stage to create business opportunities and drive these opportunities with healthy commercials to award.
Your Team
This position leads a team of Sales for China market supporting Harman Strategic Business Units (SBU) projects and future automotive products for Toyota China.
What You Will Do

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering10+ years of related sales experience, at least 3 years in Automotive ideally with T-Company and at least 3 years in / for ChinaMust have a thorough understanding of Japanese Automotive OEM’s organization and processesThorough understanding of P&L statements, business cases and quotes / contracts with automotive OEMsStrong hunting and negotiation skillsExperience developing and executing a strategyStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishWhat is Nice to Have
3 years leading a Sales OrganizationTechnical understanding of Automotive HW and SW systems in the area of car audio, infotainment, connectivity (5G/BT/WIFI) and ADASExperience within or working with ToyotaCommunication skills in ChineseWhat Makes You Eligible
