JLL is seeking a Director, Residential Development (Value & Risk Advisory) to join our Brisbane office.

Lead complex valuation assignments for residential development projects across all stages—from site acquisition and feasibility analysis to completed asset valuation within the Brisbane region.

Collaborate with major lenders, developers, investors and government agencies to provide strategic valuation insights that drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive valuations of residential development sites, projects under construction, and completed developments

Provide expert guidance on feasibility studies, market analysis, and highest and best use assessments

Develop and maintain strong client relationships across the residential development sector

Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence

Contribute to business development initiatives and revenue growth

Stay at the forefront of residential market trends, planning regulations, and valuation methodologies

What You'll Bring

Extensive experience in residential property valuation, with particular expertise in development sites and projects

Proven track record managing complex valuation assignments for major clients

Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of development feasibility analysis

Professional valuation qualification and membership with relevant industry body

Exceptional communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly

Established network within the residential development sector

Team leadership experience with ability to mentor and develop others
