What the day will look like + Manage a group of treaty clients, handle the account for renewal and day-to-day service + Manage client communication to understand client needs and develop into business opportunities + Reinsurers’ carrier management and placement + Organise client functions and other activities to prompt Aon and team + Internal stakeholder management, effectively build a client service team + Supervise junior team members for training and development Skills and experience that will lead to success + Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry, of which minimum 5 years in the re-insurance industry + Good knowledge and understanding of treaty reinsurance, broking skills a plus + Ab ility to independently deal with internal and external stakeholders + Excellent networking and relationship management skills + Excellent organization skills and interpersonal skills + Bachelor Degree or higher, quantitative majors or commerce majors a plus + Holders of Actuarial, Law, Re/Insurance professional qualification(s) a plus How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
