The Director, Regional Saleswill be responsible for leading a team of SMB Account Executives and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets for the company. This role is critical to the organization,and is ideal fora leader who knows how to drive performance, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Specifically, the Director, Regional Sales will be expected to build, lead, anddevelopa team selling new business into local or regional contractors in the commercial construction industry.
This position reports directly to the Vice President, Sales.

For thisremoteposition,candidates must bebasedinourWestregionto support their teamwithin the assigned territory.
**_Core Responsibilities_**
+ Drive results – own regional performancemetrics, including revenue growth and team productivity
+ Lead by example – provide hands-on leadership – from coaching to working side byside with Account Executives to close deals, while maintaining a culture of trust, professionalism and ethical behavior
+ Develop talent -Recruit, hire, anddevelop awinningsalesteam with high standards that deliverresults
+ Own the outcome – take fullaccountabilityfor the success of the region.Use metrics and data to holdteamaccountable todefinedgoalsand drive strong outcomesto consistently deliver revenue targets
+ Deep dive into pipeline and forecast – weekly inspection of pipeline health, deal progression and forecastaccuracy though 1:1 meetings with account executives. Be willing to challenge team members todevelop them and maximize outcomes.
+ Motivate,inspire,and coach teamto achieve daily, weekly, monthly activity, and sales goals
+ Train new hires on the sales process, ensure standards of success are clearly articulated
+ Support and guideteamon prospecting and optimizing results through sales stack (Salesforce.com, email, social media, Salesloft, etc.)
+ Represent DCN professionally in all interactions
**_Skills and Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred and/or combination of equivalent work experience
+ 7-10+ years of relevant sales experience,software/SaaSpreferred
+ 3+yearsofexperienceleading high performing sales teamwith a proven track record of success
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
+ Knowledge of the commercial construction market and its business practices, a plus
+ Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent
+ Must be ahigh-energy,ambitious, client-centricteamplayer with a positive attitude
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
+ Possesssuperior personal integrity andexceptional communication skills

**_Salary Disclosure_**
Dodge Construction Network’s compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
