The Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG) within Kroll provides clients with expert advice across a range of property asset classes globally. We support a variety of client interests, from financing, secured lending, purchase price allocation (merger & acquisition support), to financial reporting, due diligence and property restructuring.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and issue valuation advice across both commercial and residential property, principally for secured lending, in line with RICS Red Book requirements.Undertake a peer review of reports prepared by surveyors prior to issue to the client.Manage and take an active role in training junior surveyors in the preparation of valuation and property advice.Cultivate new client relationships.Overseeing a team of surveyors in relation to instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines.To the extent required, assist in the delivery of LPA receivership and restructuring cases, blending valuation, asset management and transaction management skillsets.Undertake advisory assignments with a focus on Options Analysis and value recovery particularly in relation to workout and insolvency scenarios.Assist with any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the business.

Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent report writing skills.Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.Accurate and exceptional attention to detail.Team player – willing to take on other responsibilities in addition to day to day role.Demonstrated commitment to obtaining outstanding results.Ability to work to time constraints and manage client expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:

MRICS Qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.Demonstrable experience in nurturing and growing client relationships.Excellent oral and written communication skills (report writing and proofreading capabilities essential).Track record of delivering providing expert knowledge of real estate generally, including valuation principles.Diligent, conscientious and highly motivated with the ability to work to a demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial environment.Superior interpersonal, communication, marketing, sales and organizational skills.Excellent research abilities.Ability to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Valid driver’s license.
