Overview:
Mastercard’s new Services organization brings together our innovative product offerings across Customer Acquisition & Engagement, Security Solutions, Business & Market Insights and Open Banking. This new structure lays the foundations to maximise our capabilities and accelerate growth.
The Security Solutions Organisation (SSO) has an ambition to drive synergies across the broader Services Organisation. Many of our solutions are complementary – pairing them unlocks revenue opportunities while helping us to deliver even more value to our customers.

As a Director of Program Management, you will be responsible for managing and delivering Synergy Opportunities to the Regions to grow our Services business and meet our customers ever changing needs. The role reports to the Vice President, Head of Security Solutions Synergy Products.


Responsibilities:
•\tManage Services Synergy program for SSO in a highly matrixed organisation by partnering across the Synergy squad, Global Products and regional Security Solution product managers to identify, develop, and implement synergy opportunities that drive growth and optimise Security Solutions for Mastercard

•\tSupport the delivery of new Synergy solutions and opportunities in collaboration with global product verticals and regional teams, ensuring alignment with the synergy team leadership and customer and market needs

•\tPartner with enabling functions such as commercialisation, marketing, pricing, finance, and insights to support successful regional execution and scaling and measurement of synergy initiatives

•\tDrive program governance, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, and executive reporting to ensure clear accountability and visibility at all stages and ensure continuous improvement

•\t Facilitate ongoing communication, build awareness, and gather feedback on SSO Services synergies from senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement

•\t Define and implement with support from VP of Synergy program program management best practices, agile ceremonies, and scalable operating frameworks to improve organisational transparency and delivery velocity

•\t Serve as a trusted advisor on program management to the Synergy squad by providing recommendations on best practices


All about you:
•\tStrong program / portfolio management experience with a track record in delivering in a highly matrixed organisation, ideally in payments

•\tPgMP or other program management or product management (PMI-ACP, SAFe) certifications, consulting background will be beneficial

•\tStrong data / analytical skills with the ability to provide ROI analysis, forecasting, budgeting and ability to bring data first thinking

•\tGood understanding of the Payments landscape, Cyber and Fraud trends

•\tAbility to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

•\tAutonomous contributor with passion for collaborating with cross functional global teams and ability to influence senior stakeholders

•\tGood interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly across functions

•\tExceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills

•\tMust live the Mastercard values and lead by example by performing to the highest levels expected by peers and by management
