**About the Role:**
As the Director – Collaboration & Messaging, you will lead the global strategy, product ownership, and operational delivery of PVH’s collaboration and messaging ecosystem. This includes Microsoft 365, Exchange (Online & on-prem), SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and key third-party productivity solutions.
In this strategic leadership role, you will collaborate with Global Enterprise Architecture, IT Security, and Business stakeholders to define and execute a forward-looking strategy that enables modern digital collaboration, accelerates AI readiness (including M365 Copilot), and drives PVH’s workplace transformation goals.
You will lead a distributed team across the US, Netherlands, and India, fostering an agile, inclusive, and delivery-oriented culture.
**What You’ll Do:**
**Strategic Leadership & Vision**
+ Define and own the global strategy for collaboration and messaging technologies in alignment with Enterprise Architecture and PVH’s business priorities.
+ Shape the roadmap for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and messaging tools to support digital innovation, scale, and security.
+ Lead PVH’s readiness and enablement for AI-powered productivity, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring appropriate data architecture, governance, licensing, and business enablement strategies are in place.
+ Contribute to PVH’s modern workplace transformation, supporting hybrid work, seamless collaboration, and user-centric technology experiences.
**Product Management & Governance**
+ Serve as the product owner for all collaboration and messaging platforms, prioritizing features, capabilities, and user needs in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.
+ Establish governance frameworks that balance agility, compliance, and control across platforms.
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration with security, architecture, legal, and HR to ensure enterprise-grade solutions.
**Operational Oversight**
+ Ensure stable, secure, and high-performing operations through effective internal and vendor-delivered support models.
+ Continuously evaluate platform performance, availability, and user satisfaction using SLAs, KPIs, and analytics.
+ Drive simplification, automation, and standardization across collaboration services.
**AI Enablement & Innovation**
+ Partner with internal stakeholders and Microsoft to define and execute the roadmap for AI-assisted productivity, with focus on user adoption, data readiness, and organizational enablement.
+ Foster innovation by leveraging Power Platform and automation tools to reduce manual effort, increase agility, and create business value.
**Team & Talent Leadership**
+ Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global team of product owners and platform engineers.
+ Foster an agile, collaborative, and inclusive culture that emphasizes learning, autonomy, and delivery excellence.
+ Define and track team OKRs aligned with Digital Workplace and enterprise-wide goals.
**Stakeholder & Vendor Management**
+ Build strong relationships with business functions, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and Digital Workplace peers.
+ Own strategic vendor relationships, particularly with Microsoft, ensuring roadmap alignment, licensing optimization, and proactive support.
+ Lead contract negotiations, performance reviews, and escalation management with third-party partners.
**Financial Management**
+ Own and manage the global budget for collaboration and messaging platforms.
+ Ensure cost transparency, effective license management, and delivery of business value from investments.
**What You’ll Bring:**
+ 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with 7+ years in collaboration & messaging technologies, including strategic leadership roles.
+ Proven experience delivering and scaling Microsoft 365 ecosystems (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) in a global, enterprise setting.
+ Strong understanding of AI enablement, Copilot readiness, data governance, and organizational change strategies.
+ Demonstrated success in modern workplace transformation initiatives including hybrid work enablement, digital collaboration, and user experience improvement.
+ Experience collaborating with Enterprise Architecture and cross-functional business stakeholders to align technology roadmaps to strategic goals.
+ Deep knowledge of cloud-first collaboration, identity and access management, and secure-by-design principles.
+ Proficiency in agile leadership practices, OKR setting, and product management at scale.
+ Excellent vendor, budget, and program management skills.
+ Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.

Pay Range:$143,200---$193,300
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
