Job Title: Director, Product Marketing – Omnipod 5 International

Studies have demonstrated the clinical and lifestyle advantages of insulin pump therapy over multiple daily insulin injections (MDI). However, many people still choose MDI therapy largely due to the complexity, cost, and inconvenience of conventional pump technology. The Omnipod is a discreet and easy-to-use system that eliminates many of the issues associated with conventional pumps. Position Overview:

The Director, Product Marketing International will be responsible for supporting the International Go to Market strategy, commercial launch planning and lifecycle management of next generation Omnipod AID offerings. This is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Senior Director, Omnipod 5 Product Marketing International.

Responsibilities

Drive and execute the International Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for product launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company mission. Ensure that local GTM Strategy is aligned with International GTM strategy.Lead a small team of International Product Marketers.Leading cross-functional alignment across International Marketing, Market Access, Training, Customer Care and Sales Ops to ensure seamless planning, execution and market readiness.Lead commercial functions through launch execution, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.Collaborate with Product Marketing leads including the Global Product Marketing team providing in-put to compelling and differentiated messaging frameworks based on customer insights and market trends.Develop integrated internal and external communication plans in collaboration with International Marketing and Corporate Communications.Ensure International in-put into  global launch campaign and marketing toolkits, ensuring creative assets and messaging are aligned with International strategic objectives and adaptable for regional execution.Partner with International Sales Excellence and Training to ensure product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation are effectively communicated and embedded in training programs.Gather and synthesize International customer insights, sharing actionable feedback with Global Product Marketing and International Product Management to inform roadmap prioritization, and customer journey optimization.Lead communication efforts to cross-functional teams and customers for new product releases, updates, and critical product-related communications.Collaborate with Product Management and Global Product Marketing to identify and execute primary and secondary market research, ensuring customer voice is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.Own post-launch tracking, assessing launch effectiveness and drive optimization based on learnings.Partner with Customer Success team to identify customer journey pain points and identify solutions for implementation.

Required Skills and Competencies

Proven experience launching new products in International markets with solid understanding of the different market dynamics across multiple geographies.Experience in developing Go to Market Strategy and launch plans coordinated and communicated across multiple functions and markets.Ability to turn customer insights into actionable strategies and plans.Strong cross functional leadership and experience influencing across the organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations to executive audiences.Fluent in English is a requirement, additional language skills is an advantage.

Education and Experience 

Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated experience in Product Marketing in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry. 3+ yearsProven success in a leadership role.Experience in medical device and/or diabetes is an advantage.Fluent in English (written & spoken), additional language is an advantage.

Additional Information 

The position can be hybrid or on-site at our London office.Travel up to 30% but will flex depending on business needs.
