The Director, Product Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for shaping go-to-market strategy, messaging, and differentiated positioning to drive market adoption and revenue growth. This role bridges Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful launches and deliver sales tools that fuel pipeline growth and conversion.Go-to-Market Leadership
Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and solutions, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.Ensure alignment between campaign strategies, content creation, and GTM initiatives.

Competitive & Market Intelligence
Field Insight & Feedback Loops
Thought Leadership & Content Strategy
Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.
Education Required:Bachelor's Degree.MBA Preferred .Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.Experience Required:10+ years’ experience as individual contributor with increasing levels of experience.5+ years marketing experience5+ years’ experience as director level management.Former Product Marketing experienceExperience working with legal documents and terminology.Experience working with competitive intelligence software.Experience launching cloud-based healthcare solutionsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of: Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare provider market and ambulatory care trends. Best practices knowledge of and/or direct healthcare experience, sales, and customer service. Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce CRM. Proficient with Competitive intelligence methods and techniques. Product and industry, revenue recognition guidelines, SOX and high trust security.Skill in: Leadership & interpersonal skills, excellent communication, proposal writing, collaboration, attention to detail, organizational, time management, strategic, critical, quantitative, and analytical skills.Ability to: Drive strategic direction within a sales organization to meet goals. Develop solutions and implement a course of action.
