**Position:**
Director, Product Marketing
**Position Summary:**
This role plays a key role in the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our products focused on improving physician workflows. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, growth, and customer satisfaction within the healthcare provider space. Shape the product's narrative and ensuring its value proposition resonates with healthcare providers and key decision-makers in the industry. Lead efforts to understand customer pain points, define market positioning, and create compelling content that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
**Job Description:**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for SaaS-based solutions targeting healthcare IT and physician workflow optimization.
+ Work with product management to understand product capabilities, features, and roadmap, translating them into compelling, market-facing messaging.
+ Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and refine positioning, ensuring the product is differentiated in a crowded market.
+ Lead the go-to-market planning and execution for new product releases and feature updates.
+ Create product launch plans, working cross-functionally to ensure a smooth rollout and adoption by healthcare providers.
+ Develop sales enablement tools, including product demos, presentations, and other collateral to support sales teams in engaging healthcare customers.
+ Develop impactful content including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and webinars that address physician workflow challenges and showcase the value of our solutions.
+ Create educational materials that demonstrate product benefits, ROI, and impact on healthcare provider efficiency and patient outcomes.
+ Partner with subject matter experts to position the company as a thought leader in healthcare IT and physician workflow optimization.
+ Engage directly with healthcare providers, physicians, and industry stakeholders to gather insights on their challenges and needs.
+ Use customer feedback and data-driven insights to inform product enhancements, marketing strategies, and communications.
+ Monitor trends in healthcare IT and physician workflow to stay ahead of the market and adjust positioning accordingly.
+ Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and materials using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, sales growth, and product adoption.
+ Optimize marketing strategies based on performance data to continuously improve the customer journey and product messaging.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in healthcare IT or product marketing are a plus.
+ Experience with Pragmatic Marketing a plus
+ 10+ years of product marketing experience, with deep expertise within the SaaS and/ or healthcare IT industry.
+ Proven experience working with or marketing solutions that address physician workflows, healthcare IT systems, and related technologies.
+ Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape, including workflows, pain points, and the regulatory environment.
+ Experience in crafting compelling messaging and positioning for complex, technical products.
+ Proven expertise in innovation and driving innovative product design and launch
+ Strong understanding of SaaS business models and how to drive product adoption.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, impactful messaging for various audiences.
+ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts.
+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to drive results.

Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
The hiring range for this position is:
$153,800.00-$210,650.00
