Attract, build, manage, and develop talented teams with broad experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds 2. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products that meet user needs and business goals 3. Build consensus on priorities and strategy across the organization to drive product execution and success 4. Incorporate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction 5. Establish metrics to inform product success and make data-driven decisions 6. Effectively navigate ambiguity, drive progress, and resolve conflicts to achieve business objectives 7. Foster a bottoms-up work environment where teams can advocate for their ideas and pursue robust points of view while seeking consensus 8. Identify opportunities for new projects or focus areas, build teams to execute, and drive strategic initiatives that have an organization wide impact 9. Contribute to long-term organizational planning, support recruiting initiatives, and help recruit and close key hires **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. 12+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design 11. Critical Thinking Leadership Experience 12. Experience presenting to executive audiences 13.
