We’re hiring a NEW role for a Director of SaaS Platform Product Management to partner with our Chief Product Officer and lead the evolution of Esko’s global SaaS platform strategy. You’ll work across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to shape the roadmap, define and optimize our pricing models, and drive innovation that delivers real value—fast.

In this role, a typical day will look like: 

Lead with vision: Define the strategic roadmap for our SaaS platform, aligning business goals with customer needs and future growth.Connect the dots: Work cross-functionally to integrate solutions and services on the platform—ensuring a cohesive customer experience.Transform how we price: Develop and implement a scalable SaaS pricing and packaging model that reflects real market value.Champion innovation: Infuse the platform with advanced technologies, including AI and automation, while enabling product teams to build on these capabilities.Be the voice of the customer: Use market insights and customer feedback to continuously evolve the platform and its offerings.Inspire and influence: Enable sales, marketing, and support teams with tools, training, and messaging that reflect the platform’s value.Drive adoption: Simplify complexity and modernize how our solutions are bought, deployed, and scaled.

The essential requirements of the job include:

10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in SaaS product management, ideally with platform-focused roles.Strong foundation in cloud-based environments, with hands-on knowledge of SaaS architecture, integrations, and AI-driven solutions. (AWS, Azure, or GCP) experience.Proven ability to build reference architectures and pricing strategies for mid-market and enterprise customers.Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills.Familiarity with cloud certifications and agile is a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
