Position Summary:
As the Director / Senior Director of Home Protection Products, you will be the strategic and commercial leader responsible for the end-to-end vision, execution, and performance of Asurion’s protection products for home electronics and connected devices in the Core Connect business unit. You will define and drive a customer-centric product strategy that balances experience excellence, profitability, and innovation across enrollment, claims, fulfillment, and service channels.
This role is central to expanding our home protection portfolio across Wireless, Cable, and Retail channels, enabling both new client launches and ongoing program enhancements. You will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Tech, Program, and Client-facing teams—leading a high-impact team and steering a diverse internal and external stakeholder network to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Portfolio Management
Define and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and roadmap for Core Home protection productsIdentify and prioritize product investments across key platform areas (Identity, Claims, Fulfillment, Service Hub, Field Techs, Retail Stores)Monitor competitive landscape to continuously optimize feature set, pricing, and value propositionLead efforts to improve attach rate and conversion across partner and Asurion-owned channelsCustomer Experience & Profitability
Champion customer experience across all touchpoints—enrollment, claim filing, renewals, and supportDrive implementation of high-impact features focused on pricing optimization, fraud prevention, claims optionality, and process automationOwn product KPIs including Net Promoter Score (NPS), gross margin, and cost-per-claimClient Launch & Program Delivery

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Client Solutions:Collaborate on roadmap alignment, feature sell-in, and strategic partnership growth. You will be a key partner in developing go-to-market plans and helping position our home products as value-driving solutions for clients.Client Program Management:
Partner closely to ensure that day-to-day client requests are grounded in product strategy, scalable across programs, and executable. You’ll support CPM with playbooks, product enablement tools, and a clear voice of the product.Program Management:
Align product development with profitability goals, risk controls, and claims cost targets. Work hand-in-hand to model financial impacts of roadmap initiatives and prioritize accordingly.Product & Tech (Claims, Fulfillment, Enrollment, etc.):
