Job Description:
The Product Manager will oversee Epiq Global’s proprietary eDiscovery product, Epiq Discovery. This individual will collaborate across various departments, including engineering, sales, operations, client services, and finance, to drive sales growth and increase product profitability.
Responsibilities
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goalsPartner with engineering teams to oversee the product development lifecycleParticipate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure successful delivery of featuresWrite clear and comprehensive product specifications, user stories, or feature briefsCreate and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on business value and customer impactIdentify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to shape product directionWork collaboratively with stakeholders to align priorities and expectationsGather input from cross-functional teams, customers, and market research to define product requirementsAct as a bridge between development, sales, marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure cohesive executionManage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment across departmentsCollaborate with marketing team and Product Marketing Manager to craft messaging, positioning, and campaigns for product launchesEnable sales teams with training, collateral, and insights to support product adoptionIdentify and resolve product-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customersServe as the escalation point for significant product concernsConduct research to understand market dynamics, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunitiesProvide internal teams with the knowledge they need to support and promote the product effectivelyPartner with support teams to address customer issues and ensure satisfactionPropose ideas for new products or enhancements to existing products to drive innovationQualifications & Characteristics
Legal technology / eDiscovery experience is highly desirableManaged SaaS products with $20+ million product revenueExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productBachelor’s Degree7+ years of product management experienceDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and rapid-changing environmentExperience with end-to-end product delivery, from conception through completionDemonstrated track record in defining roadmap strategy and definitionExcellent speaking, listening, and writing skills; attention to detail; proactive self-starterStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervisionAbility to quickly learn and support new applications and technologiesDemonstrable knowledge of scripting and cloud/AI technologies #LI-Remote #LI-KS1This role demands creativity, discipline, and the ability to manage multiple complex threads simultaneously. The compensation range for this role is 170,000.00 to 190,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
