Director, Product Management

**_This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 2-3 days a week(10-12 days a month ) at the following office location: St. Petersburg, FL._**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Interpret business needs and identify solution recommendations to business problems. Plan and coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completeness and alignment; create detailed business requirements for functional and non-functional capabilities; document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project; work with SQM to ensure deliverable test scenarios are comprehensive; and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable.
+ Define business use cases and lead feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects to support the development of solutions to address those use cases. Create and maintain business and/or user documentation.
+ Analyze complex current state and future state processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the future state; provide support for application development teams including documentation of current and future state processes. Develop a roadmap of the enterprise applications by discussing with various stakeholders and understanding their needs.
+ Lead consumer forums providing guidance to various consumer challenges around data availability, quality, accessibility etc.
+ Participate in developing estimates, project schedules and implementation plans for technical solutions.
+ Act as subject matter expert in the wealth management domain.
+ Build strong working relationships with teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
+ Translate technical concepts for presentation to a business audience and business information for presentation to a technical audience.
+ Attend to detail while maintaining a big-picture orientation.
**Skills:**
+ Minimum of 10 yrs domain experience in Financial Services -Required.
+ Business analysis, data analysis, project management. – Required
+ Experience in querying data using SQL at an intermediate level - Required.
+ Experience in analytics tools like Tableau or ThoughtSpot - Desired.
+ Experience with vendor management and project management - Desired
+ Experience with defining and communicating product vision and strategy, aligned with business goals and market needs.
+ Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features, ensuring the product roadmap meets business expectations.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
+ Comfortable conducting interviews with senior business leaders and subject matter experts.
+ Able to drive and influence others to achieve desired outcomes without direct organizational authority including partnering with other functional areas to accomplish objectives.
+ Familiarity with SDLC, IT methodologies, Agile, and Waterfall processes.
+ Strong ability to work independently and provide guidance.
+ Able to work at an advanced level to analyze potential solutions and create recommendations based on the expected benefits, costs, and overall value of the solution for key stakeholders.
