**About Us**
WBD’s Global Product & Design team is the leader in providing innovative and immersive streaming digital products that deliver quality storytelling and iconic brands (e.g., HBO, Warner Bros, TNT, Discovery) to millions of people every day. We work at the crossroads of technology and entertainment and operate on a global scale. We are looking for an experienced Director to join the team and lead the Partnerships & Identity Product Management area within the wider Growth Product organization.
**The Job**
The Director of Partnerships & Identity Product Management will be responsible for developing best-in-class experiences on Max, Discovery+, and other WBD brands that ensure customers are able to seamlessly sign up, activate subscriptions, and securely access the product. As the “front-door,” our features are used by all customers and support hundreds of global partnerships, including traditional cable affiliates and other strategic digital partners. Your key accountabilities will include:
+ **Product Strategy:** Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Partnerships and Identity, aligned with WBD’s overall goals and objectives.
+ **Team Management:** Mentor, coach, and guide the performance of a team of product managers, communicating a clear vision, goals, and priorities: you know what good looks like and can lead others to high-quality outcomes. Foster a positive working environment. Establish frameworks and mechanisms that help the team achieve maximum impact and bring clarity to ambiguity. Promote a culture of experimentation.
+ **Roadmap Development:** Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and capabilities. Manage the product roadmap to ensure timely delivery of milestones that align with business priorities.
+ **User Experience** : Champion a user-centric approach, continually evaluating and improving the product to deliver an intuitive, seamless, and personalized UX. Analyze customer feedback, collaborate with User Research and Design, and leverage analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
+ **Competitive Analysis:** Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products. Conduct comparative analysis and leverage insights to differentiate and improve our product offering.
+ **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Partner Management, Customer Experience, Partner Marketing, and Distribution to align product strategy with business objectives. Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
+ **Performance Measurement:** Define key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate success. Analyze data and leverage insights to monitor product performance and drive optimizations through continuous improvement.
**The Essentials**
+ 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in streaming media
+ Experienced people leader (managing a team of 3+ people)
+ Experience developing features and optimizations that remove customer frustration and pain points related to user identity, security, sign in, partner activation, and user account management is a major plus
+ Proven success leveraging data and trends to develop a strong point of view
+ Skilled in crafting concise and customer-centric PR/FAQs, PRDs, and product vision documents with a compelling narrative
+ Excellent presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to tailor content for the audience, including senior leadership
+ Experience launching and operating products and features for a global audience
+ Experience with A/B testing methodologies; highly skilled in using data to inform product decisions
+ Experience developing consumer-facing experiences across multiple platforms (e.g., web, mobile, connected TVs and set-top boxes)
+ Ability to adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
+ Strong ownership to ideate and deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting business needs
+ Experience working with external partners

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $183,470.00 - $340,730.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
