**Job Description**

This is an exciting opportunity to own the development of impactful, data-driven product solutions in a dynamic and purpose-led business.
We offer a hybrid working week through our Best of Both model: 3 days in our Copenhagen office and 2 days remote.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Translate business strategy, customer needs and market dynamics into a product vision that elevates the portfolio and delivers meaningful value for end users
+ Champion your product area with clarity and purpose, maintaining open dialogue with senior partners to align priorities and decisions
+ Provide leadership on the integration of insights and marketing planning, drawing on expertise across digital and data domains
+ Contribute to the direction of the broader Marketing Product leadership team, crafting annual objectives and strategic focus areas
+ Lead and manage a team of product managers, encouraging a supportive culture and fostering individual growth and performance
+ Support a unified product operating model by fostering connected roadmaps, hard-working thinking, and cross-functional alignment
+ Collaborate across internal teams and external agencies to identify value creation opportunities and streamline difficulties
+ Partner with design and engineering leaders to ensure teams are aligned, delivery timelines are met, and goals are clearly communicated
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ A track record of launching successful digital products, with clear improvements in end user experience and business outcomes
+ Deep understanding of AdTech and/orMarTechproducts, particularly tools supporting insight generation (e.g. survey and panel data, marketing mix modelling) and marketing planning
+ Experience working with data engineers and data scientists to define product strategies that leverage data at scale
+ Proven success in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing product teams
+ Strong delivery attitude with experience navigating complex projects in fast-evolving environments
+ Excellent relationship builder with strong customer engagement capabilities across multiple functions
+ Skilled communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics and drive alignment
+ Shows curiosity, takes initiative, and adapts easily
