Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Product Development Director to lead new product initiatives with a focus on adtech integrations and strategic partnerships. This role blends deep product management expertise with the ability to manage external relationships, drive commercial outcomes, and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•\tManage strategic partnerships across the sales cycle—from initial engagement and co-creation to contracting, onboarding, and delivery.
•\tSupport and influence the end-to-end product lifecycle, with a focus on adtech-enabled solutions.
•\tDrive customer discovery, market validation, and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
•\tDevelop compelling business cases, go-to-market strategies, and stakeholder materials.
•\tBuild strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
•\tAct as connector to ensure commercial and technological success of our products by working with cross-functional teams.
•\tLead go-to-market planning, including pricing, positioning, and channel strategy.
•\tCollaborate with engineering, design, CX&D, and data teams to prototype and iterate on new offerings.
•\tDevelop and execute product strategies that leverage Mastercard’s assets and partner capabilities.
•\tPrepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
•\tRespond to what the business needs. Execute on urgent needs, be a sounding board for team members, serve as a connection point for incoming (and outgoing) team requests.
•\tReport on team and product performance metrics by implementing governance structures.


Qualifications
•\t8+ years in product management
•\tAdtech experience essential
•\tProven success in partnering with external organizations to co-develop and launch products.
•\tStrong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems
•\tStrategic thinker with ability to quickly assess complex problems, prioritize key issues, focus on relevant facts, and execute a plan.
•\tExperience managing sales cycles, partner onboarding, and product delivery in complex environments.
•\tExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
