As a Director of Accelerator Process Improvement here\nat Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership for process\n& productivity improvement. Your strong leadership skills, strategic\nthinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be\nessential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's programs and\nprocesses.
You will report directly to our Vice President, Transformation (ESS) and you'll\nwork out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact strategy, revenue growth,\ninnovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation,\nrisk management, and cost-efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive\n continuous improvement across all departments by leading Kaizen events,\n fostering a culture of innovation, and implementing Lean methodologies to\n streamline processes and eliminate wasteDevelop\n and execute strategic plans for process optimization, leveraging data\n analysis, root cause analysis, and Six Sigma principles to enhance\n operational efficiency and productivityCollaborate\n with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process\n improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and promoting\n best practices across the companyEstablish\n key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, analyze trends, and\n provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of\n improvement initiatives and their impact on productivity, cost savings,\n and revenue/income growthDevelop\n and implement process improvement & productivity strategies and best\n practices to drive efficiencyEnsure compliance with program and process management standards and\n guidelinesWork\n with ESS leadership to drive/maintain installation and sustainment of\n results from the use of the processes and tools.Work\n with Honeywell Accelerator leadership to drive & continuously improve\n GDMs across ESSProactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive\n productivity resulting in a reduction in fixed costs (FCP1)Provide\n leadership in driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational\n excellenceYOU MUST HAVE
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert Minimum of 8 years of experience in program, process management, Kaizen, six sigma or related rolesWE VALUE
