Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
The person in this role will be accountable for overall GEHC pricing governance and oversight:
GEHC pricing oversight ownership, setup the framework to guide each BU for individual pricing approvals. This role/team will not get into the transaction approval of each deals.Central Pricing Governance Hub:Develop cross BU, private and HKTW pricing approval/review mechanismTranslate financial guidance to daily pricing governance measurementsCollaborate with BU leadership and finance team ensure pricing policy & governance process in place across multiple channels, that is both comprehensive-enough to meet the needs of different channel, GTM model, & customer segments within GEHC and simple-enough to optimize operation efficiency.Support special price approval and complex case discussion facilitationDevelop datasets and buildup proactive analytic monitoring reportingCoordinate among BU for new across modality pricing models and alignmentsAct as a trusted partner, advise leadership team on best approach to maximize margin across business modelsPricing CoE:Process owner for pricing DoA, mechanism review and enhancement. Enable the implementation of GEHC pricing strategies through administration of pricing rules in Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) workflow.
Work closely with BU Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations leaders, to deliver actionable insights to engage cross-functional teams to drive a pricing culture and best practices that mutually benefit customers and sellers while catalyzing profits
Buildup channel margin monitoring capabilities and tools, and translate data analytics to support commercial decision

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent, master a plus Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis activities, pervious experience in pricing management strongly preferred Demonstrated experience in leading peopleStrong communication skillSolid business understanding and commercial insight Complex problem-solving skills Strong integrity and valuePreferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with B2B pricing best practicesAdvanced analytical experience including dataset design/creation & statistical analysis, with ability to bring data to life using an array of analytical toolsKnowledge of CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) systems and workflows and pricing guardrailsStrong interpersonal skills to influence and lead cross-functional teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple complex tasks and prioritiesNatural curiosity and ability to identify and solve complex and ambiguous analytical problemsTenacity to overcome obstacles to generate desired outcomes, not just to complete tasksInclusion and Diversity
