**Overview**
Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is an omnichannel activation powerhouse that drives smart application of investment by leveraging scale, marketplace innovation and knowledge, deeper partnerships and proprietary solutions.
**PMX Lift** is the Advanced TV video practice run out of Publicis media exchange (PMX). This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon, to deliver cross channel video planning, execution and measurements with core media partners in the market. The offerings within PMX Lift include products around Addressable TV, and Over-The-Top (OTT) video.
PMX Lift is excited to grow this practice and is looking for a talented and highly motivated **Director of Enablement** , to join the team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Will interact and support individual brand teams (strategy and investment) and external clients, connecting them with all internal PMX Lift solutions and relevant parties, to ensure the accuracy and success of every PMX Lift investment.
On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, this role offers high visibility with PM agency leadership and executives. This role will have a focus on the Health Vertical and will include opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts across PMX.
Must haves for this role include a proven track record and comfortability in a client facing role, a sound understanding of both the advanced TV and video ecosystems, solutions oriented mindset, ability to manage a team, pharma and knowledge is a huge plus.
**Responsibilities**
+ Reports to SVP of Enablement, PMX Lift
+ Engage with key client and agency teams – a strong enthusiasm for client facing engagements, and an ability to built strategic solutions alongside internal client teams
+ Lead engagement with key internal Lift teams, communicating campaign information accurately and ensuring requested audiences, campaign details and reporting/measurement requirements are met
+ Liase with external vendors to ensure accuracy and timely execution of campaign level needs are met
+ Technical knowledge of advanced TV and its outputs; an ability to understand client business goals and tie PMX Lift solutions to relevant outcomes to campaign deliverables
+ Ensure correct process is followed during campaign set up and all client expectations and performance requests are communicated accurately across relevant teams
+ Accuracy and delivery of campaigns in a timely fashion are priority, the VP role, will work to ensure all deadlines are met in accordance to the PMX Lift planning timelines and our clients needs
+ Partner with both Activation and Measurement to review and and analyze post campaign reporting data adding headlines, campaign specific insights and recommendations at an indidual brand level
+ Have a deep understanding of each clients needs and nuances, commercial structure, historical investment across all video channels
+ Participate in projects and evolution of PMX Lift product suite, advancing our capabilities and growing client engagement and investment across Lift solutions
+ This is a Hybrid role with mandatory 3 days in office each week
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 7+ years of experience within an agency or media company, including client facing responsibilities
+ Strong background in Advanced TV, including Addressable TV, DDL, and/or OTT
+ Experience preferred with Advanced TV platforms (examples including Ampersand, Dish, DirecTV, Warner/Xandr, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Paramount Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.)
+ Understanding of advanced audiences and outcomes based measurement
+ Experience managing a team
+ Experience building and customizing client presentations and documentation
+ Ability to multi-task & problem solve in a fast paced environment
+ Great communication skills both internally at PMX Lift & externally with agency teams, clients and partners
+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills – demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights
+ Experience with the health vertical from a publisher, agency or client preferred
+ A hand-raising attitude, high attention to detail, ability to keep meticulously organized, and takes initiative on projects.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Compensation Range: $119,590 - $188,025 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
