Job Title: Director - Project Development Services (PDS), JLL

Overview: The Director of Project Development Services (PDS) at JLL would likely be responsible for leading and overseeing complex development projects for clients across various sectors. This role would involve managing teams, client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale development projects from inception to completion

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Oversee project teams and ensure high-quality service delivery

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Identify and mitigate project risks

Collaborate with other JLL service lines to provide integrated solutions

Contribute to business development efforts and pursue new opportunities

Ensure compliance with JLL policies, industry standards, and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

20+ years of experience in project management or development

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Proven track record of successful project delivery

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, real estate markets, and industry trends

Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or similar may be preferred
