Job Description *

What does a successful Director of Partner Management do at Fiserv?

As a Director of Partner Management at Fiserv, focusing on a Strategic client for Output Print and Plastics business, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships. This position involves acting as an extension of our client’s business, representing Fiserv’s interests and reinforcing our commitment to high-quality service. You will drive strategic and operational outcomes for the client, ensuring that Fiserv’s solutions meet client needs effectively.


What you will do:

Develop a trusted partner relationship with stakeholders and executive sponsors.Oversee the day-to-day relationship with Strategic Partner, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.Implement effective strategies and processes to manage the client relationship and ensure successful delivery of solutions.Consult with and provide cross-functional leadership to Fiserv support teams, providing guidance to drive strategic and operational outcomes.Lead monthly business reviews ensuring alignment on business priorities, performance and areas for continued improvement.


What you will need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.8+ years of experience building productive and profitable working relationships with clients.8+ years of experience ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.Strong ability to identify new revenue streams, including product and professional services.

What would be great to have:

Experience with verifying accurate and up-to-date documentation of client architecture and processing environment, product matrix, and custom processes.Experience with transactional print and plastics personalization processing.8+ years of experience facilitating client communication and delivery processes related to association releases, regulatory changes, product/platform upgrades, fee revisions, and system enhancements.Proven ability to lead critical initiatives including external projects, incident response, process improvement, employee training, and developing/maintaining standard operating procedures.


Important information about this role:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
