Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Participations & Residuals to lead our global participation reporting functions for scripted and unscripted programs. This role will be responsible for ensuring reporting compliance across various cable networks. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in contract interpretation for contingent compensation, risk management, and process optimization, working closely with executive leadership to support business growth and operational excellence.

Financial Oversight & Reporting
Oversee and manage the setup and review of participation statements for Versant’s global portfolio of content by supporting contract analysis and review, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insight in financial reporting and paymentsEnsure seamless financial operations for timely, accurate and complete statements by enhancing reporting capabilities, addressing system limitations, and driving continuous process improvements.Develop and implement best practices for contract administration, ensuring alignment with evolving business models and market trends.Identify and mitigate financial risks through strategic deal analysisCross-Functional Leadership

Supervise day-to-day activities of Senior Financial AnalystProvide coaching and training to junior staffFoster a team culture focused on continuous improvement and collaborationQualifications10+ years of experience in financial contract reporting or related fields, preferably in the entertainment industry.Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.Experience with contract analysis and reporting.Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive decision-making.Experience with financial systems and process automation tools is a plus.
