The Director will translate IBP insights and performance gaps into actionable improvement strategies, leading cross functional teams to implement sustainable solutions that enhance operational performance across our wholesale and direct to consumer channels, this role bridges strategic planning with operational execution requiring expertise in change management, process optimization and business transformation.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Strategic Initiative Development
Analyze IBP outputs, performance metrics, and business insights to identify enterprise wide improvement opportunities.Develop comprehensive business cases for operational excellence projects, including ROI analysis and implementation roadmaps.Partner with Senior Director of Integrated Planning to prioritize and sequence strategic initiatives based on business impact.Design multiyear operational excellence strategies aligned with company growth objectives and market dynamics.Enterprise project leadership
Facilitate large scale cross functional projects that drive cost reduction and efficiency gains and operational performance improvements.Manage project portfolio spanning supply chain optimization, process automation, technology implementation, and organizational design.Coordinate with IBP team to ensure projects align with planning cycles and business requirements.Drive projects that address root causes of planning variances and operational inefficiencies identified through the IBP processes.Partner with finance, supply chain, merchandising, marketing and operations teams to implement enterprise wide improvements.Performance optimization & Cost Management
Establish and monitor key performance indicators for operational excellence initiatives.Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, improvement opportunities.Facilitate cost reduction initiatives identified through IBP analysis and business performance reviews.Support the optimization of working capital through inventory management, cash flow improvement, and asset utilization projects.Partner on supply chain efficiency projects, including vendor optimization, logistics improvements, and sourcing strategies.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, finance, engineering or a related field.10+ years of experience in operational excellence, business transformation, or strategic consulting.Minimum 7 years of experience facilitating and managing large scale enterprise projects.Strong financial analysis capabilities, including business case development and ROI modeling.Experience with change management frameworks and organizational transformation.Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms.Deep understanding of retail operations, supply chain management and Omni channel commerce.Knowledge of fashion industry dynamics including seasonal planning, product lifecycle management, and trend driven demand.CORE COMPETENCIES-
