The Director, Operational Excellence, will lead a high-impact team responsible for designing, executing, and evolving enterprise-wide operational programs that ensure operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement for next generation Oracle Health products. This role will own governance frameworks for defect management, incident management, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), operational maturity assessments, and other critical programs.

The Director will establish and manage a recurring global operations meeting with cross-business representation, including senior leadership (VP/SVP), to drive alignment on operational priorities, track progress against key initiatives, and resolve escalated issues. This role requires exceptional program management skills, executive-level facilitation capabilities, and the ability to influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
