Overview
Within Mastercard Services, our Customer Acquisition & Engagement business drives profitable business growth and maximizes customer lifetime value by transforming routine interactions into lasting relationships. We leverage our unique advantages in data, personalization, incentives, and optimization, in addition to our global expertise and scale, to efficiently acquire high value new customers, drive engagement and desired behaviors, and build customer loyalty. We are looking for a Director, Partnerships and Program Management to drive the transformation of one of our fast-growing businesses within this group at the intersection of commerce, data and digital experiences, focused on performance oriented solutions.
Responsibilities:
•\tDevelop and implement a partner program with defined guidelines and requirements, defining responsibilities of a program partner.
•\tIdentify, pitch, contract, and onboard potential partners like such as digital players, SSPs, etc. working with internal partners (e.g. sales, account teams) to grow reach.
•\tCreate and manage partner agreements and contracts.
•\tDevelop and deliver partner enablement programs, including training and sales materials.
•\tMonitor and analyze partner performance metrics and via reporting
•\tBuild strong relationships with partners through communication and collaboration.
•\tServe as a link between partners and internal teams to ensure partners to drive mutual growth and success.
•\tStay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to refine the program.
•\tCreate and implement strategic partnership plans and targets.
•\tSupport definition and requirements of new ad formats
•\tMonitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and programs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
•\tEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
•\tMUST be from Media, Advertising, ad-tech, martech or digital media ideally within both high-growth environments and large, matrixed enterprises
•\tProven experience in partnerships and program management
•\tDeep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including supply side platforms or publishers, ad serving, audience and targeting, and performance optimization tools
•\tExperience in developing business requirements and engaging with technical teams
•\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
•\tStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•\tSkills in partnership development, product development, program management

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
