**Overview**
As Director, Marketing Insights and Analytics, you will develop modern research and analytics capabilities to advance the impact of our Marketing and Communications (M&C) investments and support Intuit’s ongoing platform transformation. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing through influence, working effectively in ambiguous environments, and delivering data-driven insights and research that guide marketing strategy and investments.
**What you'll bring**
+ The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success working at a strategic level in complex, fast-paced environments, while developing high-performig teams.
+ 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or related fields, preferably in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
+ Proven track record of developing and implementing measurement frameworks and advanced marketing analytics models with a strong understanding of full funnel KPIs across B2B and B2C business models
+ Strong strategic and analytical thinker capable of translating complex data and research findings into clear and compelling business recommendations.
+ Ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, and Analytics
+ Demonstrated leadership skills managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed environment.
+ Embodies extreme ownership, with bias towards execution and moving with velocity
+ Demonstrated ability to leverage GenAI systems (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Google Gemini, etc) in business workflows
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Market Research, or a related field is preferred.
**How you will lead**
+ Develop and implement consistent measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing spend effectiveness, customer lifetime value, and funnel performance in partnership with all brands within Intuit’s portfolio.
+ Partner with segment analytics teams to develop long-term model for measuring platform brand impact on business performance.
+ Oversee qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to deepen understanding of customers and market dynamics for Intuit brand, and develop actionable insights
+ Oversee brand health tracking for Intuit and QuickBooks brands, including creative testing (pre and in-flight) and measurement.
+ Drive analytics and executive reporting for communications efforts, including earned media, social channels, and internal communications, providing actionable insights to leadership.
+ Lead analytics initiatives focused on educational outreach programs and related marketing efforts across multiple audience groups.
+ Integrate and leverage GenAI technologies to enhance research, data analysis, reporting efficiencies, and modeling capabilities across relevant workflows.
+ Manage and mentor a team of analytics and research professionals, fostering a culture of rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $ 241,000.00 - 326,500.00This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
