As Director, Marketing Brazil & Global Confectionary, you’ll be part of our incredible team of Marketing.

In this role, you will lead the marketing strategy for Brazil and the Global Confectionery category, driving top-line growth through innovation, category expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with go-to-market teams, global market leaders, and key customers to develop impactful marketing plans, optimize the product portfolio, and identify growth opportunities. You’ll influence business direction, support long-term planning, and develop talent within your team.

Location: São Paulo/Brazil

As part of the Strategy team, your role you’ll be:

Lead category management for key food, beverages and other industrial categories and applications, using deep market insights to shape strategy and drive growth.Develop and execute innovation pipelines, from idea to launch, aligned with consumer trends and customer needs.Define and implement marketing plans that elevate specialty ingredients and deliver differentiated value to customers.Collaborate with regional and global teams to build a long-term innovation agenda and influence the future of the category.Leverage competitive intelligence and customer insights to optimize the portfolio and identify new growth opportunities.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in a business or marketing role or business support function.Demonstrated experience in Marketing in a B2B environment for food and beverage sector.Formal Voice-of-Customer (VoC) methodology experience also a plus, to transform market insights into action.Fluent in English. Spanish is a differential.
