Position Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Director to lead and scale our brand, digital, and in-store marketing efforts. This leader will craft and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive guest acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with analytical rigor, and have a deep understanding of customer behavior, marketing technology, and omnichannel engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead marketing strategies that fuel revenue growth and enhance Nouria’s market position.Champion the guest experience across all digital and physical touchpoints—ensuring consistency from pre-purchase to post-purchase engagement.Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives in collaboration with Category Management, IT, and Operations to support product launches, campaigns, and guest programs.Manage digital and traditional advertising, loyalty, email, social, and web marketing programs.Oversee analytics and reporting across all marketing efforts—communicating performance, insights, and action plans to senior leadership.Ensure the operational excellence of marketing campaigns, including vendor management, budget adherence, and execution against timelines.Use consumer insights and data to drive strategy and optimize the effectiveness of guest engagement campaigns.What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Experience in convenience retail, QSR, or multi-unit businesses preferred.Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools (HubSpot or similar a plus).Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns across multiple channels and measure performance end-to-end.Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Nouria Energy is an equal opportunity employer.
