Job Summary

Business Enablement Tech (BET) is embarking on a multi-year journey to modernize its Commercial Lending and CRM platforms. This includes the global adoption of a new strategic loan accounting platform, and a critical assessment of our Salesforce CRM strategy. We are seeking a Director level IT leader who will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions that support BET’s strategic goals. The role requires strong technical acumen, global program leadership, and the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.

Major Responsibilities

Loan IQ

Lead the Americas’ implementation of a new loan accounting system in alignment with global directives from Japan Home Office and regional stakeholders in EMEA and APAC.Manage a team of technical leads and engineers responsible for configuration, integration, and deployment of our new loan accounting platform.Ensure that our strategic loan accounting solution is designed, developed, and deployed in accordance with enterprise standards for system performance, data security, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.Act as the principal technology interface between BET, Global IT, and regional business and technology leadership.

Salesforce CRM

Lead the Salesforce engineering team in designing and delivering CRM solutions that align with BET’s digital transformation strategy.Oversee full lifecycle development including architecture, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.Evaluate Salesforce’s long-term viability and guide platform decisions.Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Cross-Platform Integration & Strategic Alignment

Streamline client onboarding, servicing, and data analytics.Collaborate with enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and data strategy teams to ensure cohesive platform integration.Drive modernization efforts while ensuring adherence to firm policies on data security, risk appetite, and operational resilience.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.Salesforce certifications and Loan IQ training or equivalent hands-on experience required.

Experience

20+ years of experience in software development and IT leadership roles.Proven experience leading development teams on both Loan IQ and Salesforce platforms is required.Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-region technology programs.Experience managing waterfall and Agile teams, delivering high-quality, scalable enterprise solutions.

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Loan IQ configuration, customization, and integration.Expertise in Salesforce architecture, data models, Apex development, and developer tooling (CLI/SFDX, Metadata API).Familiarity with Mulesoft, Tableau CRM, Data Cloud, and Salesforce AI tools (Einstein, AgentForce) is a plus.Ability to design and build secure, scalable integrations across enterprise systems.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across business and technology domains.Ability to present technical strategies to senior leadership and drive consensus.Inclusive leadership style with a focus on transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Prioritizes and facilitates a culture of continuous improvement and systems thinking.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $191K - $237K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
