**What you’ll be doing**
The Liquidity Reporting & Analysis team within Treasury Liquidity Management manages all reporting aspect of regulatory and management Liquidity reports like LCR, NCCF, NSFR, H4, EB/ET, liquidity horizon & liquidity stress testing. As a Director, Liquidity Reporting and Analysis you will provide support to all areas of liquidity management. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy, completeness, correctness and timeliness of the Liquidity reports. As a subject matter expert in the liquidity reporting space, building relationships with internal stakeholders and providing expertise to inform best practice & strategic decision making will be essential. You will lead and support projects to ensure regulatory compliance and implementation of changes to OSFI’s Liquidity Adequacy Requirements and other regulatory developments.
As the leader of this team, you will manage by setting appropriate context when assigning work to ensure that individuals’ roles support the achievement of the Liquidity Management’s priorities and Treasury/CIBC’s overall goals. You will also manage team members’ performance by providing timely and accurate formal and informal feedback.

+ **Reporting -** Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of liquidity reports through execution and continuous improvement of the process
+ **Leadership -** Demonstrate leadership and effective team management by providing coaching, supporting and knowledge sharing to the team
+ **Relationship Management** - Build relationships with our internal stakeholders, providing your subject matter expertise to inform and support decision making
+ **Process Improvements** - Establish initiatives to further the liquidity management framework, improving measurement, reporting and analysis
+ **Liquidity Risk** - Demonstrate understanding of process flow and data elements required for appropriate capture of liquidity risk

+ **You can demonstrate** a keen interest in the Treasury function, Liquidity Management, and you have solid knowledge of financial products across all asset classes. including Wholesale and Retail banking instruments. You have strong experience preforming data analysis, understanding data patterns and trends, as well as resolving and troubleshooting data integrity, reconciliation and reporting issues. In addition, you have a minimum of 7 years of Banking experience preferably in a Treasury, Finance or Risk role. **It’s an asset** if you have the following: advanced capability using Microsoft Excel; experience working with QRM. You have a degree/professional qualification in Finance or Accounting related fields (CA, CFA, FRM).
