**Job Title:** Director, Limited Network and Rare Blood Pharmacy Trade Accounts **Location:** Remote/Field Based **About the Job** The Lead Director, Limited Network & Rare Blood Pharmacy Accounts reports to the Sr. Director, Specialty Pharmacy Account Management. This role is a key contributor to the Rare Diseases and Rare Blood Disorders Franchise, with supporting brand initiatives within the Rare Diseases and Rare Blood Disorders pharmacy customer channel. This position is responsible for the strategic vision and implementation of all Sanofi products associated within independent, limited or rare blood customers continually assessing performance & minimizing gross-to-net impacts. The Lead Director, Limited Network & Rare Blood Pharmacy Accounts is responsible for all Specialty Channel customers, including but not limited to national specialty pharmacies, regional specialty pharmacies, and directly responsible for the Hemophilia Alliance relationship. Leading the team to grow and support rare blood franchise, however, with a fair balance of continually assessing & minimizing gross-to-net impacts. Supporting the brand’s initiatives, budgets, growth & effectively launching pipeline within their team’s customer channel. This individual leads the Specialty Channel Rare Diseases and Rare Blood Disorders Team to develop and leverage relationships with key customers and customer thought leaders to maximize profitability and revenue and ensure optimal profitable access for Sanofi Specialty Care Rare Disease and Rare Blood Disorders products. This individual will directly supervise these functions within the U.S. and be responsible for recruiting, hiring, coaching, and training team members. This role will work closely with Value & Access, Patient and Provider Services, Sales functions, Marketing, Brand to ensure a disciplined approach to account messaging and actions implemented by the team. This role will be a strategic liaison between internal teams and external customers to ensure appropriate contracting of impactful strategies. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world. **Main Responsibilities:** + Develop, coach, and lead Limited Network Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors who support Hemophilia Specialty Pharmacy Providers, Rare Diseases, and/or Limited Network/Independent Specialty Pharmacy Providers + Directly responsible for the Hemophilia Alliance relationship & management. + Develop, manage & grow mid to executive level specialty pharmacy relationships for all pharmacy customers for independent, limited network & rare blood focused. + Continually evaluate all independent, limited network & rare blood pharmacies to ensure performance of all services (core & enhanced) and minimize gross-to-net impacts. + Ensure Rare Diseases and Rare Blood Disorders specialty pharmacies are measured on service level agreements (SLAs & KPI’s) per the SP contracts and are appropriately invoicing Sanofi for such services. + Utilize SP data feeds to enhance Sanofi Specialty Care’s understanding of the patient journey and ensure data is correctly mapped per data management. + Strategic liaison between internal teams and director team to ensure appropriate implementation of contracts, services & performance to support brand strategy. Will work closely with stakeholders such as Marketing, Market Access, Brand, Sales, Training, Medical, Contracting, and Legal to ensure channel team activities are coordinated and occur in accordance with brand strategies and company policy. + Collaborate with internal supply chain distribution partners on day-to-day distribution issues and work with the wholesaler strategy and operations team to ensure supply distribution agreements with distribution partners align with One Trade across the Sanofi GBUs. + Maintain open and transparent communication throughout the company, especially regarding BU and cross-BU initiatives with similar accounts. + Apply strong judgment and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications. **Key Performance Metrics and SLAs** + **Contract Execution Rate** : Percentage of specialty pharmacy contracts successfully executed within the specified timeframe. + **SLA Compliance** : Percentage of specialty pharmacies meeting or exceeding SLAs as outlined in contracts. + **Data Accuracy** : Accuracy rate of SP data feeds in mapping patient journeys and enhancing data management. + **Customer Satisfaction** : Satisfaction scores from key customers and thought leaders. + **Revenue Growth** : Year-over-year revenue growth from specialty channel accounts. + **Team Development** : Performance and development metrics for Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, including training completion rates and performance review scores. + **Stakeholder Collaboration** : Effectiveness in coordinating activities with internal stakeholders, measured by stakeholder satisfaction surveys. + **Supply Chain Efficiency** : Percentage of day-to-day distribution issues resolved in collaboration with internal supply chain distribution partners. + **Compliance Adherence** : Rate of adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all activities and communications. **About You** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required, advanced degree a plus, preferably an MBA. + 10+ years of proven experience in limited or independent network specialty pharmacy, hemophilia, rare blood, and/or rare diseases either on the manufacturer, or specialty pharmacy, sides of the business, with 5+ years of managing a field-based team. + Rare and/or rare blood related therapeutic/distribution experience. + Ability to communicate at the executive level and establish rapport and build relationships at all levels within an organization. + Superior communication skills to sell ideas and programs both internally and externally; excellent verbal and presentation skills. + Strong understanding and experience in different access and reimbursement models, including Parts B, D, and Medicaid. + Financial management experience and strong analytical skills; reliable and responsible management of budgets and expenses. + Strong project management capabilities, including time and events, scenario and contingency planning, and the ability to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of outputs and deliverables. + Ability to work effectively and efficiently with the medical/legal/regulatory submission and approval process to ensure appropriate review and timely delivery of materials. + Expert negotiation and influencing skills. + Understanding of the legal/regulatory environment and internal Sanofi legal/regulatory guidelines and processes. + Ability to travel up to 50-60%. **Why Choose Us?** + Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team. + Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally. + Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact. + Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs and at least 14 weeks’ gender-neutral parental leave.
