This role is a critical addition to our Capital Solutions function, supporting the execution and operations of reinsurance transactions and contributing to the delivery of innovative solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the in-country reinsurance market leaders, with the opportunity to develop skills in business development and take on greater responsibilities over time. What the day will look like + Contribute to the execution and operational delivery of reinsurance transactions, including structuring, analysis, terms negotiations, and documentation. + Play a key role in transaction management, including drafting and reviewing contractual documents, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful deal execution. + Research and stay up-to-date with latest regulatory capital and accounting developments relating to clients and reinsurers to support the structuring of reinsurance solutions. + Contribute to marketing and prospecting activities for APAC Capital Solutions to promote Aon's proposition in the Capital Solutions and Asset-Intensive space to existing and potential clients. + Support the engagement with reinsurers to establish Aon as a trusted partner in the Capital Solutions and Asset-Intensive space. + Support the development and execution of Aon’s strategic initiatives and growth plans for the Capital Solutions function within APAC. Skills and experience that will lead to success + 7-10 years of experience in life insurance, reinsurance or asset management space, with a good understanding of insurer capital management, valuation and accounting principles. + University graduate in Actuarial Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields such as Mathematics or Statistical studies. + Exposure to reinsurance transactions and asset-intensive reinsurance would be an advantage. + A strong dedication to client service, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership for delivering results.
