Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. seeks a Director, Lead Software Engineer in New York, New York

Coordinating with business users to digitize required business processes and address user queries across all business processes workflows. Designing and developing customized solutions in PEGA PRPC platform for clients’ needs. Mentoring the team on usage of various resources. Assessing processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to business users and executives. Conducting in-depth analyses of various businesses, industries, and competitive landscapes. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

Salary:

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $148000 and $165000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and five (5) years of experience  in the position offered or five (5) years as a Manager, Analyst, or a related technical occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience with: PEGA PRPC platform; DBArtisan; SQL Developer; Sybase; DB2; XML; SQL; Agile/Scrum Methodology; JIRA; and Financial Services and Investment Management concepts including: Data Analytics, and Process and Data Flow Re-Engineering.
