The Sales Director AWS - NOLA (Northern Latin America), will be an inspiring leader that sets a vision; defines aspirational, think big goals; develops the strategy, jointly with the team, to achieve those goals; has the capacity to motivate and lead our NOLA team independently of function or organization to execute the strategy as a single team to deliver expected results. In addition to delivering results, our leader will recruit, build, and develop a high performing team. This leader will represent AWS in Latin America externally with customers and partners and internally with stakeholders, peers, and employees. From an internal perspective, our leader will have the capacity to engage all levels within AWS, coherently communicate his/her views, offer specific feedback, influence strategic decisions, and commit to execute once final decisions are made. During the first 12 months in the role, this person will define the regions vision, strategic pillars/blueprint, and execution initiatives. Most importantly, he/she must assess the team, determine the organizational structure, and take all actions required to have the best team in place to take our business to the next level. Key LPs for this role are Think Big, Hire and Develop the Best, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results.
