Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position with day shift hours. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at 1401 E State Street Rockford, IL. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology. RequiredMaster's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or Lab related technical area. Preferred Work Experience5 years of relevant leadership experience within a laboratory setting.
RequiredHas held an administrative position in a large academic or complex health program that included laboratory specific services. PreferredLicenses & CertificationsAmerican Society for Clinical Pathology registered as Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Technician, Cytotechnologist, Specialist in Cytotechnology, Histotechnician, Histotechnologist, Technologist in Blood Bank, Specialist in Blood Bank, Phlebotomist, Diplomate in Laboratory Management or other relevant certification.
