Are you ready to direct and implement corporate IT initiatives that align with the Spectrum's strategy and goals? As the Director, IT (Software License Compliance), you will organize and manage IT functions, including networks, infrastructure, and enterprise systems, while implementing IT standards and policies. You will guide the development and acquisition of new technologies to enhance internal operations and data delivery, continually evaluate software licensing strategies, and provide strategic guidance on software asset management. Partner with IT leadership, Procurement, and Legal to ensure compliance, manage budgets, track entitlements, and oversee software audits and licensing agreements.

Required Qualifications

The base pay for this position generally is between $138,800.00 and $246,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
