We are looking for an exceptional Director of IT leading the charge in driving IT strategy, collaboration, and innovation across our SAP and E-Commerce technology platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape for our dynamic organization.
You Will Make an Impact By:
+ Demonstrates strategic-level knowledge and acumen specific to understanding underlying business problems and developing SAP technology-enabled solutions that addresses the needs of large organizations
+ Works on complex issues where problems are not clearly defined and where fundamental principles do not fully apply. Translates business strategy into functional plans and guides execution. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
+ Participates with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives for technology platforms. Makes final decisions on implementation and ensures operational effectiveness. Effectively cascades strategy. Accountable for actions that impact the IT department budget.
+ Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for SAP and ECOMMERCE applications, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives and financial goals
+ Interacts with senior management, executives, major vendors/suppliers, which frequently involves negotiating matters of significance to the organization. Reconciles multiple stakeholder views to drive business results.
+ Demonstrates success as a team leader. Directs the activities of the SAP and ECOMMERCE platform teams from individual contributor level up to senior manager. Leads team(s) to develop new and innovative methods and solve complex matters.
Skills You Bring:
+ 12+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a leadership role in an IT customer-facing capacity for 5+ years.
+ Bachelor’s degree; preferably, a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
+ In-depth knowledge of leading technology trends and best practices within the industry
+ Familiarity with key processes within the relevant business area (e.g.: Sales, Service, Finance, Operations)
+ Developing and sustaining business relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and cultivate opportunities; preparing and presenting comprehensive written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, etc.
+ Exceptional presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to influence and interface effectively at all levels, including senior leadership.
+ System application implementations, software configurations, or related coding in the following technologies: SAP and related cloud and/or on-premise business applications; Experience with third-party integrations and functionality and impact of them
+ Utilization of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft) to write, communicate, facilitate and present, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively business needs and understand systems enough to be able to translate those needs into system functionality
+ Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across global teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
+ Up to 10% - 15% travel required based on business needs, experience working with globally distributed teams, especially in EU and India.
This position is based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Andover, MA. Candidate must be within commutable driving distance. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
