About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our Digital Transformation team of the Infrastructure Solution Design (ISG) unit. In this role you will owns and be responsible for managing and optimizing the suite of tools and technologies that enable our business users for ISG and the Global Supply Chain (GSC).
The goal of this role is to drive performance transparency and transformation cadence, ensuring our plans and business case are aligned with ISG initiatives. This is a leadership position that will manage a team of up to 5 direct reports, drive committees and is visible to senior leadership and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead performance transparency and manage project cadence for end-to-end digital transformation for ISG supply chain projects: NA Migration Project, PPS, NA Data Privacy. Manage ISG business process and solution design and implementation. Drive performance transparency by identifying risks, escalating, de-bottlenecking issues across projects in a timely manner.Define key success metrics and KPIs to measure project cadence and alignment.Leverage analytics to drive data-driven decisions, report on performance, and identify areas for further optimization.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and supporting organizations to drive efficient and effective digital experience. Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, gathering feedback and driving projects to completion. Communicate progress, risks, and successes to senior leadership and other stakeholders regularly.Work closely with Change Management teams to drive adoption of digital tools. Ensure that the experiences align with business objectives and enhance user productivity and engagement.Stay up to date on Supply Chain industry trends, digital tools, and best practices to keep the SAP S4 Hana platform cutting-edge and aligned with user needs.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Supply Chain is required. Experience managing Supply Chain Digital Transformation initiatives for high-tech product organizations. 2+ years of experience managing Supply Chain transformation project budgets ranging $5M-10M.Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing Supply Chain transformation project budgets ranging $5M-10M.10+ years of experience managing large-scale Supply Chain ERP or digital transformation projects.Advanced degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain Management or relevant fields preferred.Experience working with end-to-end digital transformation for Supply Chain initiatives. Experienced in defining, managing and delivering large scale complex process management and business change programs.Experience and knowledge in a functional area (e.g., Logistics, Procurement, O2C) a plus. Experience aligning P&L to digital transformation activities. Proactive orchestrator with an eye for detail, and leadership ability. Experience managing direct reports.The base salary budgeted range for this position is $175-210k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is hybrid 3 days per week at our Morrisville, NC location and at least once quarterly travel.
