Director, Integrated Business Planning
We are seeking an experienced Director of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to facilitate and execute our comprehensive IBP processes in support of our dynamic footwear and apparel retail business. This operational role is responsible for orchestrating the monthly and quarterly IBP cycles. Ensuring seamless coordination between demand, supply and financial planning functions across our wholesale and direct to consumer channels.

The Director will serve as the central facilitator of our IBP process, managing cross functional planning meetings, coordinating data flows, and ensuring all stakeholders deliver timely and accurate planning inputs. This role focuses on process facilitation and operational coordination, requiring deep expertise and IBP methodologies and meeting facilitation and cross functional project management.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

IBP Process Facilitation

Facilitate monthly IBP and executive IVP meetings with key stakeholders and leadership to review performance, identify gaps, and develop action plans.Orchestrate the complete IBP cycle including demand review, supply review, integrated reconciliation and management business review.Coordinate quarterly business planning cycles and annual planning processes.Manage IBP calendar scheduling and ensure all participants are prepared with required inputs.

Cross functional Coordination.

Coordinate cross functional teams to improve business planning methods and ensure process alignment.Facilitate consensus building sessions between sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and operations teams.Manage pre meeting preparation and post meeting action item follow up.Serve as primary point of contact for all IBP process communications and escalations.

Data integration & validation

Gather and validate data from across the enterprise to support IBP processes.Coordinate collection of demand forecasts, supply plans, and financial inputs from all functional areas.Ensure data consistency and reconciliation across planning systems and stakeholder inputs.Manage data quality checks and validation processes before IVP meetings.

Meeting management & documentation

Plan and execute monthly IBP meeting agendas, material preparations and logistics.Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items with clear ownership and timelines.Maintain IBP process documentation and standard operating procedures.Prepare executive summaries and dashboards for senior leadership review.

Process improvement & standardization

Monitor IBP process performance and identify opportunities for cycle time reduction and quality improvement.Implement standard templates, formats and procedures for IBP inputs and outputs.Coordinate training sessions for IBP.Manage IBP process metrics and reporting on facilitation effectiveness.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE-

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field.10+ years of experience in Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain planning, S&OP, or related planning rolesMinimum 7 years of experience facilitating cross functional business processes.Ability to create presentations and dashboards for executive level reporting.Strong knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.Proficiency in planning software and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities abilities.Experience with collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, project management software.Understanding of ERP/MRP systems and data integration processes.Experience facilitating recurring business review processes.Understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement.Ability to manage multiple concurrent planning cycles and deadlines.
