Director, Immunizations
Job Summary:

Responsible for operating the Company strategy for all immunization services. Partners with the commercial organization to develop the strategy to deliver a differentiated healthcare experience for the patient. Responsible for new and existing programs and initiatives including operational and digital program design, build and deployment to operationalize across all locations, including both in store and offsite and B2B immunization programs. Responsible for partnering internally and externally to improve current programs and supporting new business development opportunities. Ensures that all programs meet designated compliance standards.

Job Responsibilities:Responsible for operating the Company strategy for developing immunization services that both anticipates customer needs and leads to an increase in the overall health of the population.Responsible for new and existing programs and initiatives including operational and digital program design, build, and deployment to operationalize across all locations.Creates immunization programs and protocols to effectively increase overall health while ensuring programs are quality focused, profitable, and enhance the overall customer experience.Partners with key industry stakeholders to ensure the Company’s status as a best-in-class provider of immunization services. May represent the Company at professional, business, government, and/or civic organizations to ensure that the Company is perceived favorably and as a valued business partner to the healthcare continuum.Serves as a subject matter expert for immunizations providing perspectives and insights on current and emerging issues on a global, geographic, and economic level.Assesses the overall performance of existing products and services as it relates to their attainment of key Company metrics and goals, quality and compliance, and revises strategic direction, as needed. Ensures viability of the model and best in class practices are followed to optimize profitability opportunities.Manages and implements pharmacy immunization workflow procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for all vaccinations and ensures successful execution.Manages, executes, and evaluates Pharmacist immunization training and information resources including phone and online support and vaccine reference guides.Ensures that all programs meet designated compliance standards.Ensures the communication of outcomes from immunizations programs, including the meaning of the outcome, the impact, the value brought to the Company, and how it can add to transforming pharmacy going forward.Partners with the commercial organization to develop Company immunization strategy, including market access, pricing, contracting.Partners with digital, IT, marketing, and media teams in order to develop consumer and B2B communications and strategies that support the immunization portfolio and create a seamless experience for patients.
